Issuing the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Health
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government promulgating the Operational Regulations of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 337/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating model operational regulations for Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Legal Department and the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department of the Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Health are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and revokes Decision No. 4224/2003/QĐ-BYT dated August 11, 2003 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Health's Agency.
Units under the Ministry of Health shall issue their own operational regulations in accordance with these regulations.
Article 3. The Minister, Deputy Ministers, Leaders, and civil servants of the Departments, Bureaus, Office of the Ministry, Inspectorate of the Ministry, General Department, and units under the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Director of the Office of the Ministry is responsible for urging and supervising the implementation of the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Health.
