CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH ANNOUNCES:

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
ABOLISHING DECISION NO. 3556/2001/QĐ-BYT OF AUGUST 17, 2001 BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON THE ISSUANCE OF PROCEDURES AND LIST FOR PHARMACEUTICAL INSPECTION AND DECISION NO. 38/2007/QĐ-BYT OF OCTOBER 25, 2007 BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON THE ISSUANCE OF PROCEDURES TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE PROCEDURES AND LIST FOR PHARMACEUTICAL INSPECTION.
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 2. THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF BUREAUS, DIRECTORS OF GENERAL BUREAUS, HEADS OF MINISTRY’S SUBORDINATE UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH SERVICES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND HEADS OF HEALTH SECTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
