Issuing the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level

Marine fishing and harvesting

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
The Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to provide for the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level for the trades: Processing and preserving aquatic products; Fashion sewing; Tea processing technology; Coffee and cocoa processing; Freshwater aquaculture; Brackish and saltwater aquaculture; Marine fishing and harvesting as follows:
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 22, 2012.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, the General Vocational Training Administration, intermediate vocational schools, higher college vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher colleges, and universities that have registered to teach these trades, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
