CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Ammonium Nitrate Explosive AD1
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues the National Technical Regulations on Ammonium Nitrate Explosive AD1.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the "National Technical Regulation on Ammonite Explosive AD1". The code is QCVN 07 : 2015/BCT.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 22, 2015.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. Organizations and individuals related to this matter shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. In case of difficulties or obstacles, organizations and individuals shall promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for consideration and resolution./.
