Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the Minimum Equipment List for Vocational Training at Intermediate and Higher Vocational Levels for the following trades: Automation Equipment Repair; Oil and Gas Processing Equipment Repair; Urban Environmental Protection; Waste Management; Grain Processing; Refrigeration Equipment Installation; Veston Technology; Fiber Technology; Textile Machinery Repair; Industrial Pipe Fabrication; Construction Machinery Operation; Commercial Marketing; Water Conservancy Project Operation Management; Crane and Hoist Operation; Underground Mine Construction Technology; Copper Art Casting and Engraving; Agricultural Machinery Operation; Motorcycle Repair and Assembly; Steel Reinforcement and Welding; Supermarket Sales.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Minimum Equipment List for Vocational Training at Intermediate and Higher Vocational Levels for the following trades:
1. The trade "Automation Equipment Repair" at the Intermediate Vocational Level is specified in Appendix 1a;
2. The trade "Automation Equipment Repair" at the Higher Vocational Level is specified in Appendix 1b;
3. The trade "Oil and Gas Processing Equipment Repair" at the Intermediate Vocational Level is specified in Appendix 2a;
4. The trade "Oil and Gas Processing Equipment Repair" at the Higher Vocational Level is specified in Appendix 2b;
5. The trade "Urban Environmental Protection" at the Intermediate Vocational Level is specified in Appendix 3a;

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from August 1, 2015.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the Vocational Training General Department, vocational secondary schools, vocational college schools, specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities that have registered to conduct vocational training activities for the trades mentioned in Article 1, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
