Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 20, 2012;

Pursuant to Decree No. 177/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Prices and Decree No. 149/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2016 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 177/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Prices;

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2015/NĐ-CP of the Government dated October 20, 2015 of the Government on management and operation of civil airports;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular stipulating levels of prices, price ranges for some specialized aviation services at civil airports in Vietnam from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020.

Article 1. Levels of prices for aircraft takeoff and landing services and air traffic control services for domestic flights

From March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020, the levels of prices for aircraft takeoff and landing services and air traffic control services for domestic flights shall be applied at 50% of the levels of prices for aircraft takeoff and landing services and air traffic control services prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 of the Minister of Transport stipulating levels of prices, price ranges for some specialized aviation services at civil airports in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT).

Article 2. Price range for some specialized aviation services

From March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020, the price ranges for specialized aviation services listed in Clause 2, Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT shall be applied with a minimum level of 0 VND and a maximum level implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

Article 3. Effectiveness

Article 11. This Circular takes effect from October 20, 2020.

The levels of prices, price ranges for some specialized aviation services specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Circular shall be applied from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 pursuant to Resolution No. 84/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2020 of the Government on tasks and solutions to continue removing difficulties for production and business, promoting disbursement of public investment capital and ensuring social order and safety in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. From October 1, 2020 onwards, the levels of prices, price ranges for some specialized aviation services specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Circular shall continue to be applied according to the provisions of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
