Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 111/2015/NĐ-CP dated November 3, 2015 of the Government on the development of support industries;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 55/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 on the procedures and formalities for confirming preferential treatment and post-grant monitoring for Projects producing industrial support products listed in the Priority Industrial Support Products Development Catalogue.

Amending and supplementing Circular No. 55/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 on the procedures and formalities for confirming preferential treatment and post-grant monitoring for Projects producing industrial support products listed in the Priority Industrial Support Products Development Catalogue

Replacing Appendix 1 - Catalogue of priority industrial support products for domestic development that were produced before January 1, 2015 issued together with Circular No. 55/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 with Appendix 1 - Catalogue of priority industrial support products for domestic development that were produced before January 1, 2015 issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from January 12, 2022.

2. During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or issues arising, organizations and individuals are advised to report to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for research and appropriate amendments and supplements./.
