Replacing Appendix 1 - Catalogue of priority industrial support products for domestic development that were produced before January 1, 2015 issued together with Circular No. 55/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 with Appendix 1 - Catalogue of priority industrial support products for domestic development that were produced before January 1, 2015 issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from January 12, 2022.
2. During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or issues arising, organizations and individuals are advised to report to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for research and appropriate amendments and supplements./.

Appendix 1 is based on current regulations of relevant ministries and agencies regarding the list of machinery, equipment, and raw materials domestically produced before January 1, 2015.
