Issuing the List of Chemicals, Biological Preparations, and Microorganisms Permitted for Use in Livestock Waste Treatment Products in Vietnam

On the basis of Decree No. 105/2022/NĐ-CP dated December 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of the Livestock Breeding Law on November 19, 2018;
On the basis of Decree No. 13/2020/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2020 of the Government detailing the Livestock Breeding Law; Decree No. 46/2022/NĐ-CP dated July 13, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 13/2020/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2020 of the Government detailing the Livestock Breeding Law;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to issue the List of Chemicals, Biological Preparations, and Microorganisms Permitted for Use in Livestock Waste Treatment Products in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Chemicals, Biological Preparations, and Microorganisms Permitted for Use in Livestock Waste Treatment Products in Vietnam.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2024.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under centrally governed cities and provinces, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
