CIRCULAR
Issuing Amendment No. 01:2024 QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT National Technical Regulation on mirrors for motor vehicles

Based on the Law on Animal Husbandry 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director of the Vietnam Registration Agency;
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular issuing Amendment No. 01:2024 QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT National Technical Regulation on mirrors for motor vehicles.
Article 1. Attached herewith is Amendment No. 01:2024 QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT National Technical Regulation on mirrors for motor vehicles.
Registration code: Amendment No. 01:2024 QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular shall take effect from December 5, 2024.
2. Transitional Provisions
a) For test files registered before the date this Circular takes effect, continue testing and certifying quality according to QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT;
b) For types of mirrors that have been tested or certified according to QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT where the test report or certificate remains valid, there is no need to retest or recertify.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
