DECREE-LAW
No. 9 dated September 8, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
At the request of the Minister of National Education,
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Clause I: Throughout the entire territory of Vietnam, evening classes for peasants and farmers shall be established.
Clause II: Within six months, every village and town must have a class capable of teaching at least thirty people.
Clause III: The Minister of National Education shall implement this decree-law. Detailed regulations will be determined by the Minister of Education subsequently./.
