THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33/SL dated April 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71/SL dated May 22, 1946 establishing the rules of the People's Army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 121/SL dated July 11, 1950 organizing the Ministry of National Defense - Command Headquarters,
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Appoints Le Dinh Thiep, a Division Commander-level cadre, to serve as Deputy Political Commissar of the Viet Bac Military Region.
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense shall enforce this Decree-Law accordingly.
