Regarding the establishment of the Institute for Human Research
under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the establishment of the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister and Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Institute for Human Research under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities is hereby established.
Article 2. The Institute for Human Research shall have the function of researching fundamental theoretical and practical issues about human beings to provide scientific grounds for the development of strategies and policies for human resource development in Vietnam.
Article 3. The Director of the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities shall specify the tasks, organizational structure, and operational regulations of the Institute for Human Research.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its date of issuance.
The Director of the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister and Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
