Regarding the renaming of the Foreign Language University to the Hanoi University

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 6172/TTr-BGDĐT dated July 18, 2006 regarding the renaming of the Foreign Language University to the Hanoi University.
DECISION:
Article 1. Renames the Foreign Language University to the Hanoi University.
Article 2. The Hanoi University operates in accordance with the Charter of universities issued by the Government.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
