Pursuant to the Law Torganization C"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."Government on December 25thJune 2024;th year 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 11 Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government on assigning tasks, procurement or tendering for the supply of products and services using state budget from regular operating expenses;12012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Government issues the Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam Chemical Corporation.

Article 1This Decree promulgates the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from January 5, 2014.

Repeals the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation issued together with Decision No. 587/QĐ-TTg dated April 21, 2011 of the Prime Minister and other previous regulations that are inconsistent with this Decree.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors, General Directors of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
