REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MILITARY SERVICE COMMANDS OF SECTORS, AGENCIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS AT THE CENTRAL LEVEL LOCATED WITHIN THE CAPITAL MILITARY REGION
MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree No. 184/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 2, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Militia and Self-Defense Forces;
Pursuant to Decree No. 119/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2004 of the Government on defense work in ministries, agencies at the level of ministries, government agencies, and localities;
Based on the proposal of the Deputy Chief of General Staff.
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish Military Service Commands of sectors, agencies, and organizations at the central level located within the Capital Military Region including:
1. Military Service Command of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation;
2. Military Service Command of the Central Party Office;
3. Military Service Command of the Central Science and Education Commission;
4. Military Service Command of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission;
5. Military Service Command of the Central Economic Commission.
Article 2. The functions, tasks, and powers of these Military Service Commands shall be implemented in accordance with Decree No. 184/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 2, 2004, Decree No. 119/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2004 of the Government, and the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of National Defense.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Deputy Chief of General Staff, Commander of the Capital Military Region; Heads of agencies and organizations at the central level listed in Article 1 and Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
