REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 54/NQ-TW OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 OF THE POLITICAL BUREAU ON ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY IN THE RED RIVER DELTA REGION

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 54/NQ-TW OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 OF THE POLITICAL BUREAU;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 54/NQ-TW OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 OF THE POLITICAL BUREAU ON ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY IN THE RED RIVER DELTA REGION, INCLUDING 12 PROVINCES AND CITIES: HA NOI, HAIPHONG, HA TAY, HAI DUONG, HUNG YEN, BAC NINH, VINH PHUC, QUANG NINH, THAI BINH, HA NAM, NAM DINH, AND NINH BINH UNTIL 2010 AND DIRECTION UNTIL 2020.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND CHAIRMEN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND CITIES IN THE RED RIVER DELTA REGION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
