DECREE

Of the Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam No. 191-SL dated November 12, 1953
In accordance with Decree No. 68-SL dated May 14, 1950 establishing the Economic-Financial Board of the Government;

 THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

At the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister;

Now dismisses Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ngoc from his position as Secretary of the Economic-Financial Board of the Government effective from November 1, 1953.

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1. The Deputy Prime Minister shall implement this decree.

Article 2. The Deputy Prime Minister implements the decree.
