THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating the organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds;
Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2013/TT-BNV dated April 10, 2013 of the Ministry of Home Affairs detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 30/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating the organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds;
Considering the proposal of the Management Board of the East Sea Research Support Fund and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize the East Sea Research Support Fund as meeting the conditions for operation.
Article 2. Recognize the members of the Management Board of the East Sea Research Support Fund for the first term (2013-2018) as follows:
1. Mr. Dang Dinh Quy, Chairman of the Board;
2. Mr. Vu Khoan, Member of the Board, senior advisor;
3. Mr. Le Cong Phung, Vice-Chairman of the Board;
4. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung, Member of the Board;
5. Mr. Nguyen Hung Son, Member of the Board;
6. Mr. Tran Truong Thuy, Member of the Board and Director of the Fund.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Management Board of the East Sea Research Support Fund, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the individuals named in Article 2 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
