PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 70/2002/QD-TTg dated June 6, 2002 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1037/2002/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2002 of the Government Chairman on the appointment of members of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of National Defense.
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Rinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense, as a member of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation to replace Mr. Nguyen Huy Hieu.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal people's committees under central city administrations, and Mr. Nguyen Van Rinh are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
