REGARDING THE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;

At the proposal of Comrade Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

After obtaining the consensus of the Party Committee Standing Committee of the Ministry's Office.

Article 1: Reassign and appoint Comrade Pham Manh Hung - Head of the General Organization Room of the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, to the position of Deputy Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department of the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2: Comrade Pham Manh Hung shall enjoy the deputy department head position allowance with a salary coefficient of 0.60.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Ministry's Office Director, and Comrade Pham Manh Hung are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
