Regarding the announcement of administrative procedures to be replaced and those being replaced within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), and Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on Administrative Procedure Control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 14/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 27, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding plant quarantine business files;
Pursuant to Decision No. 734/QD-BNN-BVTV dated April 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the correction of Circular No. 14/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 27, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding plant quarantine business files;
This Decision promulgates six new administrative procedures and ten amended and supplemented administrative procedures, and ten administrative procedures that have been amended and supplemented within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced along with this Decision are 04 administrative procedures to be replaced and 04 administrative procedures being replaced within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 6, 2012.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of General Departments, Bureaus, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
