Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Due to errors in printing and issuance, Decision No. 11/2006/QD-BLDTBXH dated December 12, 2006 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on announcing the list of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs that have ceased to be valid as of December 31, 2005 shall be amended as follows:

1. Add Article 2 to Decision No. 11/2006/QD-BLDTBXH:

"Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette."

2. In List I attached to Decision No. 11/2006/QD-BLDTBXH under the section "Vocational Training":

Now delete the first item: Decision No. 48/2002/QD-TTg dated April 11, 2002 of the Prime Minister on approving the network planning for vocational training institutions for the period 2002-2010 and amend it to read:

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
