DECISION

Regarding the correction of Decision No. 11/2006/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 12, 2006 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs concerning the promulgation of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31, 2005 which have ceased to be validconcerning the promulgation of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31, 2005 which have ceased to be validup to December 31, 2005 which have ceased to be valid

 THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Due to errors in printing and issuance, Decision No. 11/2006/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 12, 2006 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs concerning the promulgation of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31, 2005 which have ceased to be valid shall be corrected as follows:

1. To supplement Article 2 into Decision No. 11/2006/QĐ-BLĐTBXH:

"Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette."

2. In the List I attached to Decision No. 11/2006/QĐ-BLĐTBXH under the section "Vocational Training":

Now, delete the first item: Decision No. 48/2002/QĐ-TTg dated April 11, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the approval of the network planning for vocational training institutions for the period 2002-2010 and amend it to read:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
