MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BBCVT dated December 1, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (now the Ministry of Information and Communications) stipulating the designation of testing rooms for quality management under the specialized supervision of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Designate the testing room:

TESTING AND MEASUREMENT DEPARTMENT

Belonging to: HANOI POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

fully meeting all requirements of the regulations on the designation of testing rooms for quality management under the specialized supervision of the Ministry of Information and Communications issued together with Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BBCVT, with the attached list of designations.

Article 2. The designated testing room must comply with all current requirements for designation.

Article 3. This decision takes effect three years from the date of signature.
