DECISION
Regarding the supplementation of the Overall Plan for the reorganization and renewal of state-owned enterprises under direct management
nof the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology during the period from 2003 to 2005
On the basis of Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to intensify the reorganization, renewal, development, and improvement of the efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to promote the restructuring, modernization, development, and improvement of efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology,
Maintaining the New Technology Application and Tourism Corporation (NEWTATCO) as a state-owned corporation operating within the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology (for the period from 2003 to 2005).
DECISION:
Article 1. The Director of the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology and the Board of Directors of the New Technology Application and Tourism Corporation shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Director of the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology, and the Board of Directors of the New Technology Application and Tourism Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision.
