DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Khai Quang Ward
under Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, establish Khai Quang Ward under Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province as follows:
Establish Khai Quang Ward based on the entire natural area and population of Khai Quang Commune. Khai Quang Ward has 1,152.08 hectares of natural area and 16,624 inhabitants. The administrative boundary of Khai Quang Ward: East borders with Binh Xuyen District; West borders with Dong Da and Lien Bao Wards; South borders with Thanh Tru Commune and Binh Xuyen District; North borders with Dinh Trung Commune and Tam Duong District.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province, the Minister of Interior, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
