CIRCULAR

Issuing the National Standard TCVN/QS 1822:2014 on Civil Defense Uniforms

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities of 2008;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations of 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities of 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Commodities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 1, 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Civil Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department;

The Minister of National Defense hereby decides.

Article 1. This Circular issues the national standard in the field of military and defense: TCVN/QS 1822:2014, Civil Defense Uniforms.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2015.

Article 3. The Chief of General Staff, the Director of the Political Bureau; heads of central ministries and agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees, Commanders of military regions, Commanders of the Hanoi Military Command, Commanders of the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command, Chiefs of Provincial and Municipal Military Commands, Heads of departments, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
