CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulations on the Organization of Emergency Evacuation by Military Aircraft in Marine and Island Areas as well as Remote Regions
Pursuant to Decree No.6/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government providing detailed regulations for certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents; 34/201Pursuant to1Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence; At the proposal of the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, The Minister of National Defence promulgates this Circular on the Regulations on the Organization of Emergency Evacuation by Military Aircraft in Marine and Island Areas as well as Remote Regions.Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regulations on the Organization of Emergency Evacuation by Military Aircraft in Marine and Island Areas as well as Remote Regions.Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 11, 2017.Article 3.The Deputy Chief of General Staff, the Director of the Political Bureau, heads of relevant agencies and units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.DEPUTY MINISTERVICE MINISTER

Bộ trưởngởng Bộ Quốc phòng ban hành Thông tư ban hành Quy chế tổ chức vận chuyển cấp cứu người bị thương, bị bệnh trên các vùng biển, đảo, vùng sâu, vùng xa bằng máy bay quân sự,ổ ch cấp cứu người bị thương, bị bệnh trên các vùng biển, đảo, vùng sâu, vùng xa bằng máy bay quân sự.
Điều 2. Thông tư này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 11 tháng 01 năm 2017.
Điều 3. Tổng Tham mưu trưởng, Chủ nhiệm Tổng cục Chính trị, chỉ huy các cơ quan, đơn vị và cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này./.
