Decree No. 193 Regarding the Appointment of Mr. Nguyen Huu Vien as Director of the Central Relief Bureau

DECREE

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing ministries within the Vietnamese government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36 dated March 27, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186 dated September 24, 1946 permitting Dr. Do Xuan Hop to resign from his position as Director of the Central Medical Relief Office;

Pursuant to Decree No. 37 dated March 27, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Vien to the position of Chief of the Social Affairs Office;

Pursuant to Decision No. 12 dated May 29, 1946 by Minister of Social Affairs Duong Duc Hiep appointing the Director of the Administrative and Supervisory Department at the Central Labor Office;

Considering the proposal submitted by the Minister of Social Affairs;

After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,

I hereby issue this Decree:

Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Huu Vien, Chief of the Social Affairs Office at the Ministry of Social Affairs, is appointed as Director of the Central Medical Relief Office to replace Dr. Do Xuan Hop who has been permitted to resign.

Article 2. Mr. Duong Duc Hiep, Director of the Administrative and Supervisory Department at the Central Labor Office, is appointed as Chief of the Social Affairs Office at the Ministry of Social Affairs to replace Mr. Nguyen Huu Vien who has been appointed as Director of the Central Medical Relief Office.

Article 3. The Ministers of Interior, Finance, and Social Affairs are hereby authorized to implement this Decree.
