Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;
At the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Training Department;
After obtaining the consensus of the Party Committee's Standing Committee of the Ministry.

Article 1: Appoint Mr. Vo Van At - Head of the General Organization Office, to the position of Deputy Director of the Organization and Cadre Training Department of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2: Mr. Vo Van At shall be entitled to the Deputy Director's position allowance with a coefficient of 0.60.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Rector of the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, the Directors of the Organization and Cadre Training Department, the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Ministry's General Office, and Mr. Vo Van At are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
