THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the transfer of wholly state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2007/QD-BTC dated December 6, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulation on the selection and supervision of appraisal consulting organizations;
Pursuant to the applications of organizations submitting registration documents for enterprise valuation activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexed hereto is the "Supplementary List of Appraisal Consulting Organizations Permitted to Provide Enterprise Valuation Services for 2008 (Third Time in 2008)".
Article 2. The appraisal consulting organizations listed in Article 1 of this Decision are authorized to provide enterprise valuation services in accordance with Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the transfer of wholly state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Corporate Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions, the wholly state-owned enterprises being converted into joint-stock companies, the appraisal consulting organizations, and the heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
