NO.: 195 DATE: JUNE 1, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the decision of the Council of Ministers,
After consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The Central Patriotic Competition Mobilization Board is hereby established. This board shall consist of representatives from the Government, the National Assembly, and people's organizations.
Article 2
The aforementioned representatives are designated by this decree-law.
Article 3
At each administrative level (regional area, province, district, and commune), a Patriotic Competition Mobilization Board shall be established.
Each board shall consist of three to five members including representatives from the Administrative Resistance Committee, people's organizations, and public figures.
However, at the district and commune levels, the number of members may be fewer than this.
Article 4
Representatives in boards from regional areas down to communes shall be designated by the Administrative Resistance Committees at their respective levels.
Article 5
The tasks of Patriotic Competition Mobilization Boards at all levels are as follows:
1- To mobilize, urge, collect, and disseminate experiences related to competition activities.
2- Administrative Resistance Committees at the regional area, provincial, district, and commune levels shall formulate patriotic competition plans for their respective areas. However, they may delegate this authority to the Patriotic Competition Mobilization Boards at their level.
Article 6
Ministers are hereby instructed to implement this decree-law accordingly.
