THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 75-SL dated May 29, 1946 establishing the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 197-CP dated November 7, 1961 of the Council of Ministers stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 305-TTg dated July 15, 1957 of the Prime Minister establishing the Financial Cadre School;

Pursuant to Decision No. 52-TC-QĐ-TCCB dated March 9, 1961 of the Minister of Finance establishing the Cooperative Agricultural Finance and Accounting School;

To rationalize organization and ensure the training and development of cadres;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization Department;

DECISION:

Article 1: - The Cooperative Agricultural Finance and Accounting School is hereby dissolved and its tasks transferred to the Financial Cadre School.

Article 2: - The tasks of the Financial Cadre School are now defined as follows:

- Training and developing specialized cadres for cooperative financial and accounting work at the district level and above, and for industrial, fishing, and salt-making cooperatives.

- Training and developing some cadres responsible for finance (deputy directors, members of management boards) and chief accountants for large agricultural, industrial, fishing, and salt-making cooperatives.

- Supplementing lecturers and instructors on various types of cooperative financial and accounting subjects for local finance and accounting schools.

- Providing short-term training on financial, accounting, and bookkeeping practices for primary-level cadres in the finance sector (including Construction Bank) and other agencies and industries.

Article 3: - Appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuong, former Deputy Principal of the Cooperative Agricultural Finance and Accounting School, as Deputy Principal of the Financial Cadre School;

Article 4: The Principal of the Financial Cadre School, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department of the Ministry of Finance, and the Head of the Office shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
