Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 22/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly, Session XI, on the division and adjustment of administrative boundaries of some provinces;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Commerce/Tourism of the centrally governed cities and provinces where the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I passes through,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing the adjusted and supplemented planning for the system of gasoline service stations along the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I issued together with Decision No. 0278/2002/QĐ-BTM.

Article 2. The other provisions stipulated in Decision No. 0278/2002/QĐ-BTM dated March 19, 2002 of the Minister of Trade remain valid.

Article 3. Chairmen of People's Committees, Directors of Departments of Commerce/Tourism of the centrally governed cities and provinces where the Ho Chi Minh Highway passes through; Directors of fuel trading units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette./.
