BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 74/CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY,
BASED ON THE DOCUMENT NO. 3193/ĐMDN OF JULY 3, 1996 OF THE GOVERNMENT AGREEING TO SEPARATE THE TRAINING AND REHABILITATION SCHOOL FOR MINING MECHANICAL WORKERS AND STAFF (FORMERLY BELONGING TO CAM PHA COAL COMPANY) FROM THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE CAM PHA MINING WORKER TRAINING SCHOOL AND TRANSFER IT TO THE VIETNAM ENERGY AND MINING MACHINERY CORPORATION.

Article 1. SEPARATE THE TRAINING AND REHABILITATION SCHOOL FOR MINING MECHANICAL WORKERS AND STAFF (FORMERLY BELONGING TO THE CAM PHA COAL COMPANY - VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION) FROM THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE CAM PHA MINING WORKER TRAINING SCHOOL AND TRANSFER IT TO THE VIETNAM ENERGY AND MINING MACHINERY CORPORATION FOR MANAGEMENT.
Article 2. THE VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING OVER TO THE VIETNAM ENERGY AND MINING MACHINERY CORPORATION ALL CAPITAL, ASSETS, TEACHERS, STAFF, FACILITIES, ETC., OF THE TRAINING AND REHABILITATION SCHOOL FOR MINING MECHANICAL WORKERS AND STAFF (BEFORE AND AFTER ITS MERGER WITH THE CAM PHA COAL WORKER TRAINING SCHOOL) BY JULY 30, 1996.
AFTER COMPLETING THE HANDOVER, THE VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION, THE VIETNAM ENERGY AND MINING MACHINERY CORPORATION, AND THE TRAINING AND REHABILITATION SCHOOL FOR MINING MECHANICAL WORKERS AND STAFF SHALL REPORT TO THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND THE GOVERNMENT.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE CHIEF INSPECTOR OF THE MINISTRY, THE HEAD OF THE PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT, AND OTHER FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS, THE GENERAL DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION AND THE VIETNAM ENERGY AND MINING MACHINERY CORPORATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
