NO.: 196 DATE: JUNE 1, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 195/SL dated June 1, 1948,
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers,
After consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
The Central Patriotic Mobilization and Competition Committee is hereby appointed as follows:
Mr. Phan Anh
Mr. Nguyen Van Tao -----> representing the Government
Mr. Nghiem Xuan Yem
Mr. Bo Xuan Luat -----> representing the National Assembly
Mr. Nguyen Xien
Appoint: Mr. Ton Duc Thang -----> representing various groups
Mr. Duong Duc Hien -----> of the people.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet
Mr. Do Duc Duc
Article 2
The Ministers shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
