PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
On the basis of Decision No. 121/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007 of the Government approving the planning of the network of universities and colleges for the period 2006-2020;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at the report No. 959/TTr-BGDĐT dated February 4, 2008 on the establishment of Vo Truong Toan University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the establishment of Vo Truong Toan University in Hau Giang Province.
Article 2. Vo Truong Toan University is an institution of higher education with legal personality, having its own seal and separate account.
Article 3. Vo Truong Toan University operates according to the Charter of private universities issued together with Decision No. 14/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2005 of the Government.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 5. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
