DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the management of chemicals and insecticides, bactericides used in household and medical fields

 

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the Law on Health Care for the People dated June 30, 1989;

At the proposal of the Minister of Health,

 

DECISION:

Article 1. The Ministry of Health shall be responsible for State management of chemicals and insecticides, bactericides used in household and medical fields.

Article 2. The Ministry of Health shall coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to guide the implementation of State management of chemicals and insecticides, bactericides used in household and medical fields.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of signature..

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
