OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

NO. 197/SL DATED DECEMBER 19, 1953

 

THE PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW :

 

Article 1

NOW ENACTS :

"Land Reform Law"

PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC AT ITS THIRD SESSION ON DECEMBER 4, 1953.

Article 2

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE-LAW.
