DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC COUNCIL
NUMBER 198/SL DATED DECEMBER 20, 1953
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63-SL dated November 22, 1945 organizing local democratic people's administration;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing the local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated December 31, 1947 defining the duties and authority of the Ministry of Interior;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: Mr. Tran Kien, also known as Chan, is hereby appointed a member of the Resistance Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
