THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;
At the request of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department and Training;
Following the consensus opinion of the Party Committee's Standing Committee of the Ministry,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1: Transfer and appoint Mr. Do Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the University of Finance and Accounting Hanoi to serve as Director of the Finance Officer Training Center under the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2: Mr. Do Van Thanh shall be entitled to the position allowance of a Department Head with a salary coefficient of 0.80.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Directors of the University of Finance and Accounting Hanoi, the Director of the Finance Officer Training Center, the Heads of the Cadres and Civil Servants Organization Department and Training Department, the Heads of the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Do Van Thanh are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
