DECREE
No. 119 dated October 15, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 138 dated July 24, 1946 establishing monthly allowances for members of the Standing Committee and the Executive Board of the National Assembly;
Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Finance;
After the Executive Board of the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers have reached an agreement;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Members of the Executive Board of the National Assembly who have a family (with a spouse or two children or more) shall receive a family allowance as follows:
Member of the Standing Committee...250 đ per month
Member of the Executive Board...250 đ per month
Chairman of the Executive Board...200 đ per month
Article 2
This Decree shall take effect from July 1, 1946.
Article 3
The Ministers of Interior and Finance are hereby authorized to implement this Decree./.
