DECREE
OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 2-CP OCTOBER 26, 1992 ESTABLISHING THE GOVERNMENT PRICING BOARD
THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON THE LAW ON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government at the session on October 17, 1992;
DECREE:
Article 1.- The Government Pricing Board is hereby established based on the reorganization of the former State Pricing Committee.
The Government Pricing Board is an agency under the Government with the function of researching pricing policies and assisting the Government in managing and directing price-related work nationwide.
Article 2.-The Chairman of the Government Pricing Board shall consult with the Minister of the Government Organization and Cadres Department to submit to the Prime Minister for drafting a decree of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Pricing Board.
ARTICLE 3.The Government Pricing Board shall commence operations from November 1, 1992.
The Director of the former State Pricing Committee is responsible for transferring all organizational structures, staff, and physical assets of the former State Pricing Committee to the management of the Government Pricing Board.
Article 4.- The Chairman of the Government Pricing Board, the Director of the former State Pricing Committee, the Minister of the Government Organization and Cadres Department are responsible for implementing this Decree.
