OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PURSUANT TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS AT ITS MEETING ON NOVEMBER 27, 1948;
UPON THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTRIES OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORT, NATIONAL EDUCATION, ECONOMY, AGRICULTURE, AND FINANCE;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1: NOW, WE ESTABLISH THE TECHNICAL COLLEGE TO TRAIN SPECIALIZED STAFF FOR THE SECTORS OF PUBLIC WORKS, RAILWAYS, POST AND TELEGRAPH, MINERALS, ARCHITECTURE, LAND REGISTRATION, AND WHEN POSSIBLE, OTHER SECTORS AS WELL.
Article 2: THE TECHNICAL COLLEGE IS ASSIGNED TO THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORT TO MANAGE.
Article 3: THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORT SHALL CONSULT WITH THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION AND OTHER MINISTRIES RELATED TO THE SECTORS TAUGHT IN THE COLLEGE TO ISSUE A DECREE SETTING REGULATIONS AND INTERNAL RULES REGARDING STUDENT ENROLLMENT, TEACHING, EXAMINATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND COLLEGE LIFE.
Article 4: THE MINISTERS OF NATIONAL EDUCATION, PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORT, ECONOMY, AGRICULTURE, AND FINANCE SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS ORDER.
