JOINT DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NO. 2-TT/LB DATED MARCH 11, 1982 ON AMENDING THE ECONOMIC QUOTA FOR EXPENSES IN MEDICAL EXAMINATION WORK
REGARDING MEDICAL EXAMINATION WORK CONTROL
The implementation of Circular No. 9-TT/LB dated April 13, 1977 by the Joint Ministry of Health and Finance and Circular No. 99-TC dated November 17, 1979 by the Ministry of Finance has yielded results and created conditions for medical examination councils to effectively fulfill their tasks.
To align with current price levels, the Joint Ministry of Health and Finance stipulates adjustments to the economic quota for expenses related to medical examination work as follows:
1. The average expenditure per person for one medical examination session:
Previously was 2đ00 (two dong), now is 8đ00 (eight dong).
In the aforementioned expenditure quota, the portion allocated to technical and professional expenses such as film purchase costs and chemical testing fees... is 60%.
2. The management system for these expenditures continues to be governed by the provisions set forth in Circular No. 9-TT/LB dated April 13, 1977 of the Joint Ministry of Health and Finance and Circular No. 99-TC dated November 17, 1979 of the Ministry of Finance.
This circular takes effect from January 1, 1982.
