THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law adopted by the National Assembly on April 20, 1995; Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state enterprises;

Considering the legal basis and actual operational situation of the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General (SUDEMEX);

At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Terminate the operations of the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General (SUDEMEX), located at 70 Quan Thanh Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.

From the date this Decision is signed, the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General must cease all production, business, and service activities in accordance with the law.

Article 2. The Director of the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General (SUDEMEX) shall be responsible for completing the procedures to terminate the company's operations, settle debts, and other remaining issues.

The Financial Accounting Department, the Organization-Human Resources Department, and related functional departments under the Ministry shall be responsible for directing, guiding, and supervising the Director of the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General (SUDEMEX) to handle financial, asset, and personnel matters according to state regulations.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and revokes previous Decisions that conflict with this Decision.

The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Ministry’s functional departments, and the Director of the Mechanical-Electronics-Mineral Processing Company for Rare Metals-Import Export General (SUDEMEX) are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
