Regarding the establishment of Hong Cam Mining Vocational Training School
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion at Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, assigning the Minister of Industry to lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to direct the restructuring or transformation of units under Vinacomin;
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vinacomin (Petition No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish Hong Cam Mining Vocational Training School as a member unit of Vinacomin, based on the merger of Hòn Gai Mining Vocational Training School and Cẩm Phả Mining Vocational Training School.
Hong Cam Mining Vocational Training School is a public service entity, having a bank account and seals (including both embossed and reduced seals) for transactions and operations in accordance with the law.
- Main office located at Bach Dang Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
- The school has two training bases:
+ Trieu Market Town, Hoanh Bo District, Quang Ninh Province;
+ Cẩm Phả Town, Quang Ninh Province.
Article 2. Tasks of the school:
- Training and upgrading workers in various trades: drilling, loading, shoveling, automobiles, screening, loading and unloading, construction, mechanical, railway transportation, industrial explosives production, underground mining, information technology;
- Training and upgrading cadres;
- Collaborating with institutes and universities to organize full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate classes;
- Cooperating with production units within Vinacomin to exploit, process, and trade coal;
- Providing scientific and technological services (information technology, printing, surveying...); collaborating with research agencies to implement scientific projects serving the mining industry.
Article 3. The General Director of Vinacomin directs the implementation of the merger of the above two units in accordance with current state regulations. The organizational structure, staff, and personnel of the School should be streamlined to ensure normal and effective operation.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Inspection Agency, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of Vinacomin, the Principals of Hòn Gai Mining Vocational Training School, Cẩm Phả Mining Vocational Training School, and Hong Cam Mining Vocational Training School are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
