Regarding the recognition of cultural relics

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to Article 34 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992.

Pursuant to Article 69 of the Land Law adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session IX on July 14, 1993 and promulgated by the State Council on July 24, 1993 regarding the management and use of land for relics.

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 14-LCT/HĐNN on the Protection and Use of Historical, Cultural Relics and Scenic Spots promulgated by the State Council of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on April 4, 1984.

Pursuant to Decree No. 81-CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Upon reviewing the dossier of relics and the document proposing the recognition submitted by Mr. Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay and Hai Duong Provinces.

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage and Museum Management Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Now recognizes the following four (4) relics:

HA TAY PROVINCE (02)

1. Historical and Architectural Art Relic Bai Truong Communal House and Temple: Hoang Dieu Commune, Chuong My District, Ha Tay Province.

2. Architectural Art Relic Ninh Son Communal House Phung Chau Commune, Chuong My District, Ha Tay Province.

HAI DUONG PROVINCE (02)

3. Historical Relic Thien Ky Temple Hoang Son Commune, Kinh Mon District, Hai Duong Province.

4. Architectural Art Relic Quynh Goi Communal House Tan Ky Commune, Tu Ky District, Hai Duong Province.

Article 2. Strictly prohibit all construction and exploitation activities within the delineated areas of relics. In special cases where land use is required within historical and cultural relics and scenic spots, permission from the Minister of Culture and Information must be obtained.

Article 3. LOCAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES SHALL IMPLEMENT THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF HISTORICAL, CULTURAL, AND SCENIC HERITAGE SITES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Heritage and Museum Management Department, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, Directors of Culture and Information Departments of Ha Tay and Hai Duong Provinces are responsible for implementing this decision./.
