THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province.
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the administrative boundary between Ba Lien Commune, Bat Tre District and Pho Phong Commune, Duc Pho District, Quang Ngai Province is adjusted as follows:
Adjusting 1,019 hectares of natural area from Pho Phong Commune under Duc Pho District to Ba Lien Commune under Bat Tre District for management. Administrative boundary of Ba Lien Commune: East borders Ba Khanh Commune and Duc Pho District; West borders Ba Dong, Ba Thanh, and Ba Cuong Communes; South borders Ba Trang Commune; North borders Nghia Hanh District. After adjusting the administrative boundary between Ba Lien Commune, Bat Tre District and Pho Phong Commune, Duc Pho District: Bat Tre District has 113,254 hectares of natural area and 46,449 population. Ba Lien Commune under Bat Tre District has 4,112 hectares of natural area and 935 population. Duc Pho District retains 37,167 hectares of natural area and 147,427 population. Pho Phong Commune under Duc Pho District retains 5,407 hectares of natural area and 9,177 population.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
