Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:
TCXDVN 319: 2004 "Installation of equipment grounding systems for industrial works - General requirements".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the General Director of Vietnam Machine Installation Corporation, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
